😺 Send us a photo of your pet via Etsy Messages with your Etsy Order Number. Please follow our Photo Guidelines for the best quality ornament design.
🐶You will receive a proof first, and you can also request a revision. If you prefer the name to be elsewhere, please indicate this in the personalization.
😺 Please note that by default the pet name(s) will be positioned ABOVE the pet picture. If you prefer the name to be somewhere else, please specify this in the personalization.
🐶 When you choose the digital file only option, no physical product will be sent to you. Only the personalized picture of your pet will be sent to you digital file via Etsy.

In order for us to get your product to you quickly, please send us at least one picture of your pet as soon as possible after placing your order.
